  Terrible business to deal with. Our family purchased a house that had their gas tank buried in the back yard. So, we learned that they were our only option for obtaining propane for our heat unless we wanted to pay someone to dig up their tank from our property. Then, when we try to get gas for the first time, we find out we have to pay an annual rental for the tank of $75. Really??? Ok, so fine, we pay our fee and order gas. Gas which takes more than a month to receive. Wow!! Second time we need gas, I went to their store and prepaid so I could get it delivered in a timely manner. Still almost a week later and no gas event though I have called them repeated times and they say they are coming out, but never show up.
